This document constitutes the Privacy Notice (hereinafter the “Notice”) of INMOBILIARIA Y SERVICIOS ESPECIALIZADOS CASA CUATRO, S.A. DE C.V., (hereinafter the “Company”), with domicile to hear and receive notices at Davinci 3318, Colonia Aurea Residencial, Mexicali, Baja California, CP 21226; which is made available to you (hereinafter the “Holder”) prior to the obtainment and processing of your personal data (hereinafter the “Data”).
The Company recognizes the importance of legitimate, controlled and informed processing of the Data and make this Notice available to you, in order for you to learn Company’s practices to obtain, use, store, and, in general, process your Data, in accordance with the Federal Law for Personal Data Protection held by Private Parties (hereinafter the “Law”).
I.- Purpose. This Notice regulates the form, terms and conditions pursuant to which the Company, including its subsidiaries and related companies, are empowered and authorized by the Holder to obtain, process and transfer Holder’s personal data (hereinafter “Data”).
II.- Consent. The Holder hereby declares under oath to tell the truth that:
The Holder has the right to access, rectify or cancel its Data, as well as to object to the processing of the same or revoke the consent that for such purpose may be granted, through the procedures set out in this Notice.
III.- Personal Data that may be processed. Data that may be provided to the Company by you, include but is not limited to:

Your Data will be used to perform ordinary commerce functions related to the Company’s business, as well as all activities and procedures that may arise from the relationship that may be established between the Company and you. Among these functions, enunciatively but not limited to, are:

In particular, the Holder agrees not to provide the Company any Data regarding racial or ethnic origin, present or future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, labor union affiliation, political opinions or sexual preference.
VI. – Data Collection. Holder will voluntarily provide its Data to the Company, whether in writing, verbally or electronically, through surveys, its direct entry to the Company’s website or by sending electronic files or through any other means, including but not limited to direct delivery of information, access to Company’s, or its clients or affiliates websites, phone calls, e-mail requests, product orders, Database filling, etc.
The Holder agrees that the Company may also obtain Holder Data from other means such as information obtained from other available commercially sources, such as telephone directories, labor directories, business cards, public databases, etc. All Holder information and Data that the Company collects may be combined for the purposes permitted under this Privacy Notice.
VII. Storage, disclosure and transfer of Data. Data can be transferred, stored and processed in a different country from the country where such Data was provided, in which case the Company will transfer the information in accordance with the applicable laws on data protection.
The Holder understands and agrees that the Company is authorized to use, store, disclose, and transfer the Data. In this case, the Company will execute agreements with those third parties to whom Data is provided, which will incorporate the restrictions and other terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice.
If you do not express your objection for your Data to be transferred, will be considered that you have granted your consent for said purpose.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may also provide the Data, in whole or in part, to suppliers of goods or services that may require this information.
VIII.- Data Storage. After Data is received, will be processed and stored in a database that can be managed by the Company or by a third party (within or outside the country where the Data were provided) with which the Company has a contract to that purpose. The Company will incorporate protection mechanisms to avoid diversion, modifications, loss, or unauthorized consultation or use of the Data.
IX.- Data excluded. The Company’s website may include links to third party websites. If you access those links, you will leave the Company’s website; therefore, the Company will not assume any responsibility with respect to such other websites.
If you post, comment or share personal information, including photographs, in any public forum, social network, blog or other forum of a similar nature, you should be aware that any personal information you publish can be read, saw, collected or used by other users of said forums, and could be used to contact you, send you unsolicited messages or for purposes that neither you nor the Company can control.
The Company is not responsible for personal information you decide to submit in these forums or social networks.
X.- Confidentiality. The Company will not disclose Data to unauthorized third parties unless such disclosure is required by law or by an Authority order.
XI.- Access and correction. The Holder shall have the right to access to its personal information stored in the database of the Company and rectify, limit or update it when required, for which must send a written request by courier or email to the following address:

The access, correction, cancellation or objection request shall contain and enclose the following:
XII.- Cancellation or Revocation. In the event of total Data cancellation requests or revocation of consent, such requests shall be in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned section.
Data cancellation will result in a blocking period after which will the Data will be deleted. The Company will retain Data exclusively for the purposes of liability that may arise from its processing.
When Data had been transmitted before the date of rectification or cancellation and continue to be processed by third parties, the Company shall inform of such third parties of the mentioned rectification or cancellation request, without any other additional obligation on your part.
The Company is not obliged to cancel the Data when:
XIII.- Modifications. The Company reserves the right to perform at any time, modifications to the current privacy policies and adapt them to new legislation, case law and business practices.
The Holder agrees that any changes to this Notice or privacy policies will be notified through its publication on the website: www.casa4.mx
Is Holder’s obligation to periodically visit said website to verify the most current version of the Notice.
